David Rothkopf
David J. Rothkopf (born December 24, 1955 ) was Deputy Secretary of State at the United States Department of Commerce under President Clinton .
Rothkopf graduated from Columbia College in 1977 and attended Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism .
Rothkopf is a member of the Carnegie Foundation , a think tank for international politics , and is now known as an insider author for his contributions on the insides of political and economic elites.
