David Scarf
David Charles Scarf (* in Australia ) is a diplomat for the Sovereign Order of Malta .
From 2016 he was the first ambassador of the Sovereign Order of Malta to East Timor . In 2018 he was replaced by Egbert Collin Yap .
Scarf is a member of the Order of Australia .
