David W. Allen

David W. Allen (born October 25, 1961 ) is an American cartographer . He is the author of several ESRI - GIS tutorials.

Life

Allen is the GIS manager for the city of Euless , Texas . He has taught geographic information at Tarrant County College in Arlington since 1999 . His teaching experience was the basis for his tutorials. Allen's travels through different landscapes helped him with his GIS analyzes.
