Davor Kus (born July 21, 1978 in Rijeka , Yugoslavia ) is a Croatian basketball player . He is 1.92 m tall and plays in the position of a guard .

Player career

Before Kus started his professional career in 1995 in Rijeka , in the local club of Sušak. He moved to Croatia Line Rijeka in 1996 and stayed there until the 1998/99 season. From the 1999/00 season, he switched to city rivals Sava Osiguranje Rijeka . The Croatian basketball record champion Cibona Zagreb signed Kus from the 2000/01 season. He stayed there until the 2003/04 season. In 2004 there was a short move to Greece to the basketball club AEK from Athens . From 2005 Kus moved back to Cibona Zagreb, where he was active until the 2007 season. The 2007/08 season took Kus to Spain, to CB Málaga . For the 2008/09 season, Davor Kus was loaned by Cibona Zagreb from CB Málaga. Before Kus is in the squad of the Croatian national basketball team .

Croatian national basketball team

Before Kus was used for the first time internationally in the squad of the Croatian U-22 national basketball team in 1998 at the European basketball championship. This was followed by international appearances at the 2007 European Basketball Championship in Spain and the 2008 Summer Olympics in China.
