Dawu Park , also known as the Theater of Dreams after its main user , is a football stadium in the Ghanaian town of Dawu in the Akuapem North District .
history
The stadium was built by Seth Yeboah , owner of Dawu Youngsters FC , and opened in late 1993. The club played in the Ghana Premier League between 1990 and 2002 .
After Dreams FC first rose to the top level in 2015, the club changed their home ground and moved from Kweiman Park to Dawu Park. As a result, the stadium, which had been without regular play since the relegation of the youngsters, renovated and reopened in February 2006; further renovation work was carried out at the end of 2017. The stadium has a capacity of 5,000 to 10,000 spectators.
