The Day is a language in Chad in the subprefectures Moïssala and Koumra is spoken.

It is an Adamaua language that belongs to the Niger-Congo language family .

classification

The day is part of the Bua languages. This group is in turn part of the Adamaua-Ubangi languages, which in turn belong to the Niger-Congo language family.

Phonology

The day is a tonal language that has three tones - low, medium and high.
