Koumra ( Arabic قمرة, DMG Qumra ) is a city in southern Chad . It is the capital of the Mandoul region as well as the Mandoul Oriental department.
Koumra has 47,950 inhabitants (as of 2012), making it the sixth largest city in Chad.
