De Admirant is a high-rise apartment building in the Dutch city of Eindhoven . It was built in 2005/06 by Dutch architects Cees and Diederik Dam . With a height of 105 meters and 31 storeys, it is the tallest building in the city of North Brabant.
The construction of the skyscraper on downtown Emmasingel was part of the Rond de Admirant project , which provides for a complete redesign of the area around the former chief cantor of Philips ( Bruine Heer ) by 2008.
The Admirant rests on a five-story concrete foundation. The tower made of prefabricated components was then pulled up. A transition to the main cantor was created on the lowest floor.
