De Rotterdam is a building in the district Wilhelminapier in Rotterdam , which the Office for Metropolitan Architecture was designed 1998th The building is located between the KPN Tower and the Rotterdam Cruise Terminal and was completed in 2013. It opened on November 21, 2013. The building is designed for a mixed use of offices, a hotel and apartments. It offers a total area of around 162,000 m² on 44 floors, making it the largest building in the Netherlands.

De Rotterdam is designed as a residential and work building. The majority of this is made up of the 240 apartments and 72,000 m² of office space. It includes a hotel with 285 rooms, 5,000 m² for shops, 1,500 m² of café and restaurant space and 2,500 m² for sports and fitness facilities.
