Dean Smith (politician)
Dean Smith (born May 15, 1969 in Perth ) is an Australian politician of the Liberal Party of Australia .
Life
Smith graduated from the University of Western Australia . He served as political advisor to the Prime Minister of Western Australia Richard Court . In 1998 he supported the Australian Prime Minister John Howard as political advisor during the election campaign . In 2010 he founded the consulting company Smith & Duda Consulting . Smith has served as a Senator in the Australian Senate since May 2, 2012 .
