Death Reality was a German death metal band from Leipzig that was founded in 1996.

history

In its early stages, the band played punk music under the name "Die Amateure" . Most recently she was under contract with Morbid Records . In July 2007 the band split. The reason given was personal differences. As early as 2006 there were rumors about the breakup of the band, which in the meantime expressed itself in the fact that shows should no longer be played with the drummer, but drum computers. But for various reasons that didn't happen either. As a result, Death Reality and guitarist Michael Müller went their separate ways, who then turned to his new band Arche: Havoc. From the end of 2006 gigs could be played again with the original line-up, but this only lasted until July 7, 2007 due to the subliminal antipathies. After the show at the Free Fall Festival, at which only three songs could be played and the performance was canceled by the band, Death Reality finally broke up. Martin Ryzerski raised the band CN Roundhouse Kick to his main band. Michael Gasch had been working with Christian Kucka for a few months on a project called Delta Cepheid, which he now saw as his main band. Jürgen Naumann also joined Delta Cepheid as a singer in September 2007. Tobias Rüster hasn't been involved in other bands since Death Reality.
