reception

Stormbringer.at wrote: “With Deathhammer, Asphyxcertainly meet all expectations and, due to the high level of catchiness in the individual songs, they can probably even exceed them.” Andreas Schulz from Musikreviews.de described Deathhammer as “one of the best Death Metal albums of the last ten years. At least. "Frank Albrecht wrote in Rock Hard :" Yes! Kneel down, you worms! Frozen in awe of the Dutch grandmasters! They haveunpackedthe Deathhammer , which will flatten everything that mucks against him. ”On the album there is only“ Death and Doom in their unadulterated form, aggressive, evil, gripping ”.
