Delling (mythology)
Dellingr ( Old Norse for shiny or famous ), also Delling , is a small figure of Norse mythology . He is the third consort of Nótt “night” with whom he begat the son Dagr “day”. According to his small figure, he is also listed as a dwarf in the Þulur .
In mythology, Dellingr is also considered the personification of light and thus the god of dawn or morning dew.
