The Delphin was a steamship in the governorates of German New Guinea .

history

The Delphin was built in England in 1877. It had 260 gross tons . From 1903 to 1912 the Delphin belonged to the colonial administration of German New Guinea and operated as a station steamer for the Karolinen from Simpsonhafen . The ship was managed by Norddeutscher Lloyd . The Delphin occasionally took travelers with her on its government trips .

In 1912 the now 35 year old ship was sold to Hong Kong . His further fate is unknown.
