The Denis Group is a Swiss management holding company. Via Ayam Sarl , based in Paris , it owns the food brands Ayam Brand , Alce Nero, Duchef, Guinea's, Noblekitchen and Richman. The Japanese company SCETI and the Malagasy company SORIC also belong to the Denis Group.
The company goes back to a company founded in 1862 by the French sea trader Étienne Denis.
