Denis Valeryevich Grachev ( Russian Денис Валерьевич Грачёв , English transcription Denis Grachev ; born January 18, 1992 ) is a Russian badminton player .

Career

Denis Gratschow played in 2011 and 2012 in the highest Russian league, the Superliga, for club Primorye Vladivostok. At the Russian national championships in 2011, he finished fifth in all three possible disciplines. A year later he repeated this placement in the men's singles and doubles. Outside of his home country he competed at the Cyprus International 2009 , the Kharkov International 2009 , the Macau Open 2010 , the Cyprus International 2010 , the Hungarian International 2010 , the Turkey International 2010 , the Korea Open Super Series 2010 , the Croatian International 2011 , the Kharkov International 2011 and the Swiss International 2011 . In 2012 he qualified with his national team for the finals of the Thomas Cup and was eliminated in the quarter-finals.
