Andrius Nevera
Andrius Nevera (born July 21, 1973 in the district of Vilnius ) is a Lithuanian lawyer , criminal lawyer , professor at Mykolas-Romer University and former Deputy Prosecutor General Darius Valys .
Life
From 1991 to 1994 he completed his bachelor's degree and from 1994 to 1996 his master's degree in law at the Mykolas-Romer University. In May 2002 he did his doctorate on the subject of "Valstybės baudžiamosios jurisdikcijos principai ir jų įtvirtinimas baudžiamajame kodekse ". From 1996 to 2002 he was assistant at the chair for criminal law, from 2002 to 2004 lecturer , from 2007 to 2011 lecturer, since September 2011 professor.
From 2003 to 2010 he worked as an administrative lawyer at the Supreme Court of Lithuania and headed a department there. From 2011 to February 2012 he was Deputy Attorney General of Lithuania. Since April 16, 2012, he has been a lawyer at Advokatų profesinė bendrija "Meidus ir Juzukonis".
