Monument to Kaiser Wilhelm I.

The Kaiser Wilhelm I monument is a protected monument in the village of Lodersleben in the city of Querfurt in Saxony-Anhalt . In the local register of monuments it is recorded as a monument under registration number 094 20981 .

The memorial was unveiled on the occasion of the golden wedding anniversary of Kaiser Wilhelm I in 1879. The bust of the ruler rests on a stele . The stele is also a war memorial for those who fell in the German War of 1866 and the Franco-German War of 1870/71. The inscription on the front reads Out of love and adoration as a reminder to further loyalty . The memorial was donated by the local warrior association . In 2003 the monument was renovated.

The memorial is located on the Street of Peace, southeast of the Saint Pancras Church .
