Monument to Duke Ludwig the Rich

The monument to Duke Ludwig the Rich is a bronze statue in the Lower Bavarian city of Landshut .

On a granite plinth, it depicts Ludwig the Rich , who was Duke of Bavaria-Landshut from 1450 to 1479 .

Designed by Friedrich Brugger and cast by Ferdinand von Miller , it was placed on Trinity Square in 1858 .
