Bautzen depot (Fund 3)

The Bautzen depot (find 3) is an archaeological depot from the Early Bronze Age that was discovered near Bautzen ( Bautzen district ). The closeness of the find is uncertain.

The hoard consists of three bent z. T. broken, round rod-shaped eyelet neck rings together. These were found in two stages within a small area, the first parts in 1916 when digging trenches, further parts in 1919 when pulling beets and on a pile of reading stones on the former parade ground at Humboldthain . The dating to 1800–1600 BC Chr. Assigns the find to the Aunjetitz culture .
