Křtětice depot
The Křtětice Depot (also known as the Křtětice hoard ) is a depot find of the Early Bronze Age Aunjetitz culture from Křtětice , a district of Vodňany in Jihočeský kraj , Czech Republic . It dates between 2000 and 1800 BC. Chr.
Find history
The depot was found in 2007 northeast of Křtětice while plowing. After the discovery, an archaeological follow-up investigation of the site was carried out. This is located in a sink.
composition
The depot consists of several bronze ring bars . Of these, eight have been completely preserved, six more were broken into two parts by the plow and one into three parts. There are also ten individual fragments of other bars. The bars were originally laid in three or four bundles. Textile remnants were found on one piece.
