Uhyst depot

The Uhyst depot is an archaeological depot find from the Early Bronze Age that was discovered near Uhyst am Taucher ( Bautzen district ) in Saxony .

The hoard was discovered in the diving forest before 1926 , but the exact circumstances of the find are unknown. It consists of a ridge hatchet , a narrow hatchet with decoration, three fragments of a narrow chisel and the head of a pierced ball-headed needle . The dating to 1800–1600 BC Chr. Assigns the find to the Aunjetitz culture .
