The Facility Manager is a specialist journal in the field of facility management , published by FORUM Zeitschriften und Spezialmedien GmbH , a subsidiary of the Forum Media Group . The first edition appeared in 1994. The average print run is 10,000 copies per edition, of which around 70 percent are distributed as free copies.
Brief description
Under the motto "Better plan, build and manage buildings and facilities", the magazine shows solutions and gives recommendations for corporate organization and practice in real estate and property management. Ten issues and four market overviews appear every year:
- Market overview of full-service building management providers in Germany,
- Market overview of CAFM software
- Market overview of FM consulting companies and
- Market overview of energy contracting providers.
The FM user award annually honors concepts and services in the field of facility management.
The target group includes facility managers or those responsible for building management and building technology in companies and administrations with property ownership, commercial managers, architects and engineers, planning and service offices from the field of building management and planning, manufacturers and suppliers from the fields of building technology and equipment as well as students of the Facility management.
The magazine is a media partner at several facility management events, e.g. B. the Facility Management Fair and Congress in Frankfurt or the Euroforum annual conference: Facility Management also in Frankfurt.
