The IP-Rechts-Advisor (abbreviation: IPRB ) is a legal journal from the publishing house Dr. Otto Schmidt ( Cologne ).

The main focus is on highlighting the issues that arise in everyday IP law and offering possible solutions. In a jurisprudence section, court decisions are briefly commented on and their practical consequences are shown. In a compact part (IP consulting practice), IP legal questions from practice are explained in an understandable way and their concrete significance for legal advice is presented. The IPRB also contains short messages on developments in legislation , case law and IP practice.
