The IP-Rechts-Advisor (abbreviation: IPRB ) is a legal journal from the publishing house Dr. Otto Schmidt ( Cologne ).

It provides monthly updates on developments in the field of intellectual property , i. H. the Intellectual Property Law , the Competition Law , the copyright , the press law and the patent and antitrust law . The main focus is on highlighting the issues that arise in everyday IP law and offering possible solutions. In a jurisprudence section, court decisions are briefly commented on and their practical consequences are shown. In a compact part (IP consulting practice), IP legal questions from practice are explained in an understandable way and their concrete significance for legal advice is presented. The IPRB also contains short messages on developments in legislation , case law and IP practice.
