Der Nervenarzt is a specialist journal for the fields of psychiatry and neurology , which is aimed at physicians in private practice and in clinics. It appears monthly in the Springer Medicine publishing house . It is the organ of the German Society for Psychiatry, Psychotherapy and Neurology , the German Society for Neurology , the German Stroke Society and the Society of Austrian Neurologists and Psychiatrists .
Der Nervenarzt appeared from 1928 (Volume 1) to 1944 (Volume 17, most recently in July / September) and has been published again since January 1947 (Volume 18).
