action

Hairdresser Giesela Reismann says goodbye to her husband Reinhold and the children Marion and René. She goes to the cure where she befriends Beatrice Schröder, known as Trixi. They both get to know the restorer Wolfgang Metzner, who lives not far from the Kurheim in Buchheim. He tells both of them about the beautiful Raucheck Castle and one day they go on a trip to the castle. On the way, Giesela says that she wants to buy a Trabant , even if her husband is not very interested in cars. A little later, Wolfgang turns out to be an enthusiastic photographer and photographs both Giesela and Beatrice. Beatrice teases Giesela that Wolfgang is interested in Giesela. However, she weighs down, she loves her husband and doesn't need a course shadow . Nevertheless, she continues to meet with Wolfgang, who photographs her and soon takes nudes of her. The day before Giesela's departure, the two get closer than Giesela planned. However, she believes that she will never see him again anyway, which he confirms to her.

The day of departure has come and Wolfgang unexpectedly awaits Giesela at the train station. He gives her flowers and demands 3,000 marks from her for the photos. He wrote his account number on a card that was in the bouquet. Giesela remains confused and can hardly be happy about the reception of her family. In the evening she bursts into tears, but blames it on her husband on the strenuous cure. Wolfgang now calls Giesela several times at work to remind her of the outstanding payment. Finally, Giesela withdraws 1,500 marks from her savings account and thus a large part of her savings and transfers them to Wolfgang. He sends her the first prints of the pictures and Giesela is shocked because they are really as compromising as she feared. She tries to sell jewelry and valuable glasses to get the missing 1,500 marks, but fails. Wolfgang is not afraid to call Giesela at home himself. When her husband Reinhold finds her savings account, he confronts her at length. He thinks Giesela has a relationship with Wolfgang because she only seems to think about him and he keeps calling her. She accuses him of being terribly correct and stuffy and never even thinking about cheating. She takes the day off and goes to see Wolfgang. She gives him 500 marks because she couldn't get more together, but Wolfgang makes it clear to her that she has to set other priorities: If you can spend a lot of money on a car, you have to want the same for pictures when the ideal value of the pictures is so high be. Only now does Giesela recognize his scam and the reason for his blackmail. She takes the 500 marks.

Giesela reports Wolfgang to the police. For blackmailing Giesela and two other women, Wolfgang is sentenced to three years imprisonment and a fine of 4,000 marks. He also has to pay damages to all three women.
