The Long March (newspaper)

The Long March was the name of a publication with the subtitle Newspaper for a New Left . The newspaper was published from 1972 to 1977 by Zuckererbsen-Verlag in 30 issues and had a circulation of 4,000 copies. The editor in charge was CR Lamsche, contributions were written by, among others, Wolf Biermann , Heinz Brandt , Peter Brückner , Rudi Dutschke , Erich Fried , Wolf-Dieter Narr , Theo Pirker , Otto Schily , Günter Wallraff and Peter-Paul Zahl . A follow-up publication with 17 issues was published by 1980; it was entitled New Long March and the subtitle Newspaper for a New Left - The Long March Goes On .
