Derin Seale
Derin Seale (* before 1996) is an Australian film director , film producer and screenwriter .
Career
Derin Seale began in 1996 with the film crew to work, in which he in the romantic drama The English Patient by Anthony Minghella participated. In 1998 he wrote the screenplay for the short film Static , where he made his directorial debut, as editor he was responsible for the short film Tulip in 2000 and as second assistant director he worked on the project Unterwegs nach Cold Mountain, also realized by Minghella . In 2016 his short film The Eleven O'Clock was released, for which he received a nomination in the category “ Best Short Film ” at the 2018 Academy Awards . He also won an AACTA Award in the same category in 2017 .
