Detlef Heintze

Detlef Heintze (born May 13, 1945 in Potsdam ) is a German actor .

Life

He did an apprenticeship as a cook and trained as an actor in Potsdam-Babelsberg at the University of Film and Television . In 1968 he got a job at the Erfurt Municipal Theaters. He later played some major theater roles in Weimar such as Hamlet, Ferdinand in Schiller's Cabal and Love , Marquis Posa in Schiller's Don Karlos , Nathan the Wise and Karl Moor in Schiller's Die Räuber .

He was also seen as an actor in the television series Polizeiruf 110 , Tatort and Marienhof . At the moment he can be seen - like his wife Regine Heintze - at the German National Theater Weimar as a theater actor. Detlef Heintze also works as a theater director and writes plays under the pseudonym Walter Hesse .
