The German-Jordanian Society (DJG) is a non-profit association whose aim is to expand and improve German- Jordanian relations in all areas of civil society. The company was founded in Hanover in 1963 by Kurt Uihlein .

structure

President is the former member of the Bundestag Gabriele Groneburg from Cloppenburg. Her predecessor from 2008 to 2016 was the former Audi manager Helmut Henseler. The board of directors also includes the executive board member Nabiel T. activities

The activities of the societies include lectures, symposiums and annual meetings, delegation and study trips to Jordan, exhibitions and the organization of regular meetings of the political-parliamentary advisory board in Berlin. Another important focus of the company's work is the organization of regular youth exchanges, which have been taking place for 14 years. In the regional groups there are regular events of all kinds that are closely related to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. You will find information about this on the recently updated website.
