German Social Union
The German Social Union (DSU) was a small German right-wing extremist party under the leadership of Otto Strasser , who formerly belonged to the left, i.e. anti-capitalist, social-revolutionary wing of the NSDAP . This political party existed from June 17, 1956 (founded in Miltenberg ) to May 25, 1962.
The DSU failed to attract significant votes in elections. In 1960 Johann Löw was elected as chairman (Strasser became honorary president). In 1961 Erhard Kliese became chairman.
