German Party (Poland)
The German Party ( DP ) was a party of the German minority in the Second Polish Republic from 1922 to 1939. The party is not to be confused with the short-lived German Party of the earlier years of the Second Polish Republic.
In August 1922, the DP was founded from the merger of the three German national parties ( German National People's Party , German People's Party and German Democratic Party ). She represented middle-class middle-class positions. As a party organ, it published the " Katowice Newspaper ". The chairman was Johann Rosumek (1883-1938) from 1922 to 1938 and Paul Eschenbach from 1938 to 1939 . The party disbanded in 1939.
