German Association for Commercial Legal Protection and Copyright

The German Association for Commercial Legal Protection and Copyright (GRUR e.V.) is an organization made up of lawyers as well as companies and associations. The aim of the association is, in addition to academic training, to expand copyright law and industrial property protection, including competition law . Research projects are supported to achieve the goals.

The association was founded in 1891 . She publishes several specialist journals that are among the leading in their field:
