German working group for group psychotherapy and group dynamics
The German Working Group for Group Psychotherapy and Group Dynamics (DAGG) was a professional association for the scientifically based application of group psychotherapy in Germany.
It was founded in 1967 by Helmut Enke , Annelise Heigl-Evers , Dorothea Fuchs-Kamp, Alf Däumling and Georg Schwöbel in Karlsruhe and dissolved at the end of 2011.

The DAGG consisted of six sections:
- Analytical group psychotherapy
- Group dynamics
- Group methods in clinic and practice
- Psychodrama
- Social Therapy and Psychosocial Practice
- Intentional dynamic group psychotherapy
The DAGG was a member of the International Association for Group Psychotherapy , and there was a cooperation with the Austrian Working Group for Group Therapy and Group Dynamics (ÖAGG).
The DAGG published the magazines group psychotherapy and group dynamics and matrix .
Succession
The following independent associations have been founded from the sections of the DAGG:
- DFP, German Association for Psychodrama (formerly Section Psychodrama in the DAGG)
- DGGO, German Society for Group Dynamics and Organizational Dynamics (formerly Group Dynamics Section in the DAGG)
- D3G, German Society for Group Analysis and Group Psychotherapy (merger of the sections Analytical Group Psychotherapy, Clinic and Practice and Intended Dynamic Group Psychotherapy)
- German Society for Systemic-Constructivist Counseling, Social Therapy and Supervision (formerly Section Social Therapy and Psychosocial Practice in the DAGG)
