The Devils Point (English for Devil's Point ) is a headland which forms the southwestern extension of Livingston Island in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . It lies between Osogovo Bay and Raskuporis Cove in the southwest of the Byers Peninsula .
The British navigator James Weddell , who operated in the waters around the South Shetland Islands between 1820 and 1823, mapped and named the headland.
