Dick Sudirman
Dick Sudirman (born April 29, 1922 in Pematang Siantar , † June 10, 1986 ) was an Indonesian badminton player and official.
Career
Dick Sudirman was a founding member of the Indonesian national badminton association Persatuan Bulutangkis Seluruh Indonesia in 1951 . From 1952 to 1963 and from 1967 to 1981 he was chairman of the association. In 1975 he was also elected Vice President of the IBF World Federation . The Sudirman Cup was named after him.
