Didier de Courten

Didier de Courten (* 1968 in Sierre ) is a Swiss chef .

Life

After his apprenticeship, he moved to various restaurants, including the Pont de Brent at Gérard Rabaey .

In 1994 he opened his first restaurant La Côte in Corin , where he was awarded the first star by the Michelin Guide in 1996 . In 1998 the second star was added.

In 2005 he took over the Hotel Terminus in Sierre , whose restaurant Didier de Courten was once again awarded two Michelin stars.
