short version

Volume 1 & 2

This cycle takes place in Paris and Antwerp. Uma is working on the reconstruction of a charred skull and comes across a familiar face: that of her twin sister Mira, who disappeared without a trace 12 years earlier. It turns out that Mira worked for the secret organization The Eternals . Uma is kidnapped to Antwerp, the center of the international diamond trade, and is supposed to take Mira's place in the organization. Later on, there was a dispute with the JDC organization about so-called black diamonds. However, these are not real, but have been blackened with the help of ionizing radiation . It turns out that Mira was not murdered at all, but rather skillfully pulls the strings in the background. In a fight between Mehdi and Mira, she is finally fatally injured. Mira leaves Uma with a secret message that takes her to a boarding school in the French Alps. There Mehdi and Uma find out to their surprise that Mira had a daughter, little Mira. Last but not least, the whereabouts of the irradiated black diamonds can be clarified. You are on a pillar in Antwerp's old town, not far from Mira's apartment.

Volume 3 & 4

This cycle takes place in Paris and Israel. In a villa near Paris, the Eternals find the body of Salomon Goldstein, the brother of Isaak de Boers and an expert in cryptography. He leaves a riddle about the whereabouts of a blood-red gem, the diamond of Abraham . This was stolen from a grave in Hebron by De Boers, Goldstein and two other supporters during the Six Day War in Israel. In search of the gem, Uma travels to Israel. There other organizations are trying to get hold of the diamond. Uma is kidnapped and barely survives a bomb attack on a bus after she escaped. In the end, the diamond can be tracked down. Goldstein had used it as a second eye for his stray cat. To end the curse that seems to lie on the gem, Uma and De Boers bring the diamond back to Israel.

Volume 5 & 6

This cycle takes place mainly in Canada. Uma and Jai are hired by De Boers to track down a suitcase full of diamonds that has been lost since a plane crash on the Canadian tundra. In this case there is also an old document, the so-called speaking wax . This should provide information about the territorial claims of several indigenous tribes and is required for negotiations on the mining rights for a diamond mine. During their search for the wrecked plane, Jai and Uma come across the parents of two missing boys who were also on board the plane. In the further course, there are arguments with locals and mercenaries who also want to take possession of the diamonds and speaking wax . However, Jai and Uma can get the suitcase to safety.
