The Westphalia (short name: Westphalia , commonly known as the Westphalia Party ) was founded in December 2009 as a regional political party in Dortmund . She only took part in the state elections in North Rhine-Westphalia with direct candidates and did not submit a state list . In the meantime the party has transformed into an association for the promotion of Westphalian interests.
