Diego García de León (born February 2, 1990 in Mexico City ) is a Mexican Taekwondoin . It starts in the weight class up to 58 kilograms.
García, who is coached by José Luis Onofre, played his first international competitions in 2012. He took part in the student world championship in Pocheon as well as in several world cup tournaments in Europe. Surprisingly, García prevailed in the team's internal qualification for the 2012 Olympic Games in London against the more experienced Damián Villa , so that he was nominated for the Games in the weight class up to 58 kilograms.
