Dieter Allig (born August 6, 1959 ) is a former German soccer player .
Career
Dieter Allig began his career in 1978 with the Hessen division Viktoria Aschaffenburg . In the same year he moved to the first division club Eintracht Frankfurt , where he was under contract for a year, but was not used in any competitive game. There followed a season at the second division Wuppertaler SV , in which Allig played 30 games and scored six goals, but could not prevent the club's relegation.
From 1980 he played for five years at Rot-Weiß Oberhausen , with whom he was relegated from the second division in 1981. Two years later he returned to the second division as champions of the Oberliga Nordrhein . 1985 Allig ended his professional career after a total of 125 second division games for Wuppertal and Oberhausen.
