Dieter Flader

Dieter Flader (* 1944 ) is a German communication scientist.

Life

After receiving his doctorate (strategies of advertising. A linguistic-psychoanalytical attempt to reconstruct advertising effects) in 1973 at the University of Hamburg , he has been teaching since 1996 as an adjunct professor at the Free University of Berlin at the Institute for German and Dutch Philology.

From 1996 to 2001 he was visiting professor at the Graduate School for Social Research of the Polska Akademia Nauk and from 2002 to 2007 he was professor at the Institute for Applied Linguistics at the University of Warsaw .
