Dieter Frank
Dieter Frank (born May 21, 1941 ) is a German composer and film producer .
life and work
Frank joined Bavaria Film GmbH in November 1968 . There he became managing director of Bavaria Kopierwerk in 1977 and also founding managing director of EuroVideo Bildprogramm GmbH in 1980 . In 1993 he was appointed managing director of Bavaria Film. Since then he has led the company together with Günter Rohrbach (until 1994), Thilo Kleine (1994–2005) and Matthias Esche (since 2006).
He co-produced the film Asterix and the Vikings .
Frank was awarded the Bavarian Order of Merit in 2006.
He is the author of the monographs "Inheritance Tax and Enterprise" and "Golf - Twelve Declarations of Love"
