Dieter Fuder

Dieter Fuder (born June 13, 1947 ; † June 19, 2011 ) was a German philosopher and German philosopher, university professor of design theory and media studies .

biography

Dieter Fuder studied philosophy and German in Marburg, Heidelberg and Düsseldorf; In 1973 he received his Magister Artium ; In 1976 he obtained his doctorate on the subject of » Thinking by analogy and anthropological difference. On the form and function of poetic logic in Robert Musil's novel ›The Man Without Qualities‹ «. Lectures and publications on postmodern architecture, on the media aesthetics of individual media, primarily poster history, on questions of inter- and transdisciplinary media aesthetics and media philosophy, in particular on Jean Baudrillard's media and social theory, followed. Fuder taught as a professor of design theory, design history, design semiotics, media studies and philosophy from 1979 until his death in 2011 at the Düsseldorf University of Applied Sciences, formerly Düsseldorf University of Applied Sciences , in the design department.

After his death, a seminar in the design department of the Düsseldorf University of Applied Sciences, formerly Düsseldorf University of Applied Sciences , under the direction of Irmgard Sonnen dealt with a congenial research and processing of the research and teaching of Dieter Fuder.
