Dieter Maihold

Dieter Maihold (born July 22, 1955 in Regensburg ) is a German lawyer and former judge at the Federal Court of Justice .

Life

Maihold entered the higher judicial service of the Free State of Bavaria in 1984 , where he initially worked at the Regensburg Regional Court, the Regensburg Public Prosecutor's Office and the Kelheim District Court . In 1991 Maihold was seconded to the Regional Court of Regensburg. There he headed the training of trainee lawyers full-time until 2001 . During this secondment, Maihold was promoted to judge at the Nuremberg Higher Regional Court in 1996 , where he worked from 2001 to the end of 2007 as a member of a civil panel responsible for building, broker and agricultural matters.

In January 2008 Maihold was appointed judge at the Federal Court of Justice, where he was responsible for the XI. Civil Senate was assigned.

Maihold retired on March 31, 2020.
