Dieter Moherndl
Dieter Moherndl (born January 20, 1968 in Trostberg ) is a German snowboarder . At the snowboard world championship in 1997 he was runner-up in slalom.
Moherndl began snowboarding in 1991, and from 1995 he was part of the German national team. After winning the silver medal at the 1997 World Championships, he was able to be third in the overall World Cup the following year and qualify for the 1998 Winter Olympics in Nagano . Here he finished 14th in the giant slalom.
