Dieter Weisskopf

Dieter Weisskopf (born in Pratteln , Baar ) is a Swiss manager . He is CEO of the chocolate manufacturer Lindt & Sprüngli .

Career

Weisskopf took over the finance, administration, IT and purchasing departments in the Lindt & Sprüngli Group in 1995 and has also been responsible for production since 2004. He has been CEO of the Lindt & Sprüngli Group since October 1, 2016 and is also responsible for Group Legal, Corporate Communications and Corporate HR. He began his professional career at the Swiss Bank Corporation and, after further banking experience in South America, moved to the food sector at the Jacobs Suchard Group. At Jacobs Suchard and at Klaus Jacobs Holding , he held a leading position in finance, most recently as CFO , in Canada and Switzerland.
