The Jacobs Holding AG is an investment company headquartered in Zurich . It was founded by Klaus J. Jacobs .

Field of activity

The company invests in companies that are market leaders in their field .

After the sale of 10.1% in Adecco in 2014, the 50.1% stake in Barry Callebaut remained in focus. In November 2018, 2.4% Barry Callebaut shares were sold to investors.

In September 2018, the Holding took over Cognita (see Quinton House School ) from Bregal Investments and KKR .

In addition, the holding company owns two companies in Great Britain and Argentina which specialize in the agribusiness sector.

With the Colosseum Dental Group, Jacobs Holding is building a network of dental practices. The group now has 230 practices with 1,000 dentists across Europe.
