Diethart Zielinski

Diethart Zielinski (born August 30, 1941 in Berlin ) is a German lawyer and former professor at the Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz University of Hanover .

Life

Zielinski studied law at the Universities of Erlangen-Nuremberg and Bonn . This course ended in 1964 with the first state examination in law, followed by the second in 1969 after the legal clerkship. He then worked as a research assistant at the University of Bonn, where he in 1972 at Armin Kaufmann Dr. iur. PhD. After working as an assistant at the universities of Kiel and Bielefeld , Zielinski completed his habilitation in 1976 in Hanover. In the same year he took up a professorship in a criminal law and forensic science chair in Hanover, which he held until his retirement in 2004. From 1988 to 1989 he was Dean of the Hanover Faculty of Law.
