Dietrich von Ahlefeldt (1730–1789)
Dietrich von Ahlefeldt (* around 1730; † October 9, 1789 in West Prussia ) was a Prussian civil servant.
Life
He served in the Prussian army from 1747 to 1767 and was promoted to lieutenant and adjutant in the Holstein Gottorp Dragoon Regiment . Due to his war-related injuries, he said goodbye to the army.
By order of February 15, 1767, he received the post of stewardship in Marienwerder and was elected mayor there in 1769 .
On November 13, 1772 he became district administrator in the Kulm district . Apparently he only stayed in office for a few years, because in 1777 Nathanael Theodor von Paulitz was named as district administrator. In April 1787 he was promoted to West Prussian regional director.
